The following questions comprise 99% of the questions we have received over the last ten years. Before emailing for support, we highly recommend reviewing the following questions as it’s very likely (99%) that it’s been asked before.
What happened to my old account?
It was necessary to switch platforms when the new website was created. Migrating accounts was simply to time extensive and difficult to accomplish. We don’t have an IT department of dozens. This means you do have to create a new account and we apologize, but we think you will very much prefer the ease of the new site over the old one.
Where can I find previous documents I purchased?
We have archived the old website into a single “tar ball” that is essentially inert. All old documents have become permanently archived. If you purchased documents after March 15, 2016 it may be that we switched over websites before you could download them. If that’s the case, we will get you a document. Otherwise we do not have access to old documents.
How many hours of CME should I do?
We don’t have an answer on this. We no longer charge by CME hour, rather, we charge by days of seminar. Do 40 hours, or do 4, it’s your decision.
Where are my CME materials?
We no longer sell CME materials because of many reasons. First, by limiting you to the CME materials we sell, we are limiting your choices. Second, there are hundreds of hours of free CME available on the internet and we see no reason you should have to purchase CME in this digital age. Third, you may use any CME materials provided they are not expired, and count towards your continuing education requirements. We do keep a list of Free CME Content for you to browse.
I did my CME how do I get my Credit Letter?
If you would like to receive a follow-up letter that states you did complete X hours of CME during your trip, simply go to the main menu and select “Report CME Credits Earned”. Please note this option is only available while logged in. You will need to provide the seminar ID printed on your initial document for this to be valid.
I’m not a Physician, can I still use your services?
Absolutely. We provide services to Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, Dentists, Podiatrists, and anyone involved in health care who requires continuing education.
Is this Tax Deductible?
Nothing on this website or in the documents provided through this website should be taken as advice regarding the taxability of reimbursements received or the deductability for tax purposes of CME travel expenses, CME costs, and the costs of this service. We advise users of this website consult with their own tax preparer or tax professional regarding the taxability or deductability of all CME related reimbursements and expenses.
How are your courses accredited?
Since we are not the ones who provide the CME you do on your trip, we are not the ones who accredit the credits. We are simply a documentation service.
What if weather cancels my trip or I become ill and cannot attend?
If you have an emergency or weather that prohibits you from attending to your CME vacation, we understand. Simply send us an email and we will reschedule your trip one time, no questions asked.
What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds if you are dissatisfied with your documentation. Please send an email to let us know why you require a refund and we’ll make it happen. We do have a 30 day limit on this.
